Jahrelange Erfahrung als Gastronom, Caterer und Betreiber eines Food-Trucks haben uns immer wieder aufgezeigt, dass für uns Ehrlichkeit am längsten währt.
Unser Rind beziehen wir vom Metzger Kunkel aus Langenselbold und die Burger-Buns vom Meddeler Bäcker aus Niedermittlau.
Tortillas für die Tacos, ob Weizen- oder Maismehl, backen wir selbst.
Auch unsere Dips und Saucen sind hausgemacht. Lediglich Ketchup und BBQ Sauce kaufen wir zu.
Wir wollen das Rad hier nicht neu erfinden sondern Euch einen Ort geben, an dem Ihr die
Klassiker der Tex-Mex Küche einfach GUT, EHRLICH und mit LIEBE zubereitet genießen könnt.
Wir geben uns größte Mühe ausschließlich mit frischen Zutaten zu arbeiten.
